According to health policies now in force, there are priorities in the Primary Health Care.
The undertaking of human resources in health at the levels of secondary and third attention should be virtually performed.
A trend to the increase of contracts of human resources would be observed for the primary level of primary care.
There is a shortage of extramural activities in the health careers, of which the most evident is that of Medicine.
This déficit impedes ad adqueate capacity of students in health primary care.
