Abstract

This paper studies the resolution capacity of the demand for medical care in three consulting clinics of general medicine located in urban sectors of Santiago, likewise those of the various professionals attending in these Centers. The patterns of morbidness treated are confronted to previous studies carried out by other authors. Finally, the morbidness transferred to more complex levels of care, is studied from the standpoints of the typology, the establishment of destination and the reasons for reference.
