Abstract

This paper, a pursuit of the preceding published in this same edition, considers the pattern of morbidity observed in these rural centers. The morbidity transferred to more complex levels of cares, is studied accordingly to diagnosis, the establishments of destination and the motives of transference. The methodology utilized has rendered possible the detection of some defects in the efficacious conveyance of health care at the sector considered, and constitute a powerful instrument for planning organization of a health system. Taking into account its simplicity, modest cost and pertinancy, its utilization is also recommended for other levels of the system.
