This paper describe the working experience of the Family Mental Health Communitary Center in Melipilla since 1996, troughs the description of the context in wich it develope, it operative model and it working programs. Finally some comment about the actual technical normative of the Psychiatric and mental health services related to the Family Mental Health Communitary Centers.
