Fitoterapia y productos naturales coadyuvantes en síntomas de Cuidados Paliativos Universales

Objetivo: sintetizar evidencia clínica reciente (2015–2025) sobre intervenciones fitoterapéuticas y productos naturales coadyuvantes en síntomas frecuentes de Cuidados Paliativos Universales (CPU). Métodos: búsqueda en PubMed, Scopus y Cochrane de revisiones sistemáticas y ensayos clínicos en humanos (inglés/español). Resultados: se incluyeron 11 estudios. La miel redujo mucositis oral y suspensiones terapéuticas; el jengibre disminuyó vómitos agudos inducidos por quimioterapia; los sennósidos mostraron eficacia similar a laxantes osmóticos en constipación; el aceite esencial de lavanda redujo ansiedad mediante inhalación o masaje. Conclusión: estas intervenciones mostraron potencial coadyuvante útil en CPU y posible aplicación protocolizada en atención primaria.
