Abstract

Changes that have occurred in modern medical knowledge and health delivery have consequently induced innovations in training and skills achievements of the future health professionals. More efficient and better cost-benefit results are expected from a reversion of the actual imbalance of generalists and specialists. Various obstacles emerge on implementing plans to strengthen primary care, not withstanding the universal agreement about its pertinence and efficacy as a suitable model for reaching better standards for the nation’s health. For overcoming most impediments to succeed in this proposal, a joint venture strategy, between the Ministry of Health and the Medical Faculties, is considered mandatory pursuing acceptance of new forms of organization to reach the goals of medicine
